I love growing herbs as well! I usually put the annual ones in containers but keep the perennials in the ground (sage, oregano, mint and chives, for instance.)

For Christmas I got an Aero Garden and have been growing lettuce, parsley, basil and cherry tomatoes in it all winter! I just love fresh greens. ♥

They are quite pretty. I much prefer plants in the ground rather then pots. But they are nice.
