I just wanted to apologise for my behaviour when I left. I never properly said goodbye, but I do care about you. And I miss you. If you had heard anything about my dad you would tell me wouldn’t you, if you found out who did it? I can take it.

I'm well, Hestia dear, but I miss you. I've been awfully worried, since this is the first I've heard from you. I hope everything is well and you're staying safe. You've never been a poor friend. Whatever transpired between us before you left was just a mistake, and I can understand what it must have looked like to you.
Lionel's doing well. I've been in the infirmary (don't worry, it's nothing serious) and he's been visiting me. We've talked about you. He misses you a lot, and hopes you're doing well. He looks forward to your return, and hopes things will be better when you come back.
He really cares about you.
News is slow here. And no, Bellatrix has not been expelled, I am sorry to say.

Thank you, not many people would have been so understanding. I'm safe, yet not too well. Dad's funeral is on Saturday but instead of a small private affair like we had hoped we have several aurors looking after us, which is all very well but still!
The infirmary? Of course I am worried! What happened? I miss him too, muchly.
Pity. She is a right bitch.

You delightful girl, I was so pleased to hear from you. I wrote you, did you get it? I wasn't too keen on the owl, but beggars can't be choosers, I suppose.
Of course I would tell you, if I knew anything. Would you like me to keep an ear out for you? I mean, you wouldn't go off and seek vengeance or anything, right?
And while I greatly appreciate the sentiments, you are far too sweet. I'm afraid you may have taken some part of me with you when you left, I think of you very often. There is nobody else, I promise, and I very sincerely hope you haven't found a someone else either. Have you? I mean, I suppose I'd have to let you go if you did, but just the same. I'd much rather it be you and I for a while.

No owls have arrived, it must have got lost. Then again, we have moved to a safer house.

All good things need not end. Talk to him. Don't throw away something you care so much about. I know how you get, when you are angry you say stuff you regret. Just thing about all his good points... I can't be much help- sorry.
