Been a while since I watched Music Bank performances.

(Source for performance references)
- This is my first time listening/watching IU perform this song (wow, she's won 6 times already!) and it's definitely a great song. Love the sweeping, fairy tale sound, and the darker undertones in the instrumental. Not so sure about the performance, but definitely like the song.
- Enjoyed Koyote (I can never seem to *not* like their songs XD) and Dynamic Duo (mm, love that old school rap sound, sexy and emotional - the dancers too xP).
- Leehyun and T-ara make me think of the 90's while MBLAQ and As One make me think of the early 2000s (Bi and lovely ballads, respectively).

The three groups I'm totally digging currently:
- Teen Top - Oh these boys~ Seriously, whoever does their choreo is pretty awesome (and not just that one move xP). The song is fun and their dancing lively and on point. It's nice to see Changjo and Ricky getting some more singing parts - and the camera catching it! - and L. Joe and CAP's rapping. Also, I rather like Niel with the perm XD I continue to be confused, though, at the turn the song takes at the end with the "put your hands up" and all.
- Nine Muses - I've been totally hooked on their song since it came out and have been hoping their stage would be good, and it is <3 Especially love the lighting for this comeback performance and the white outfits over the black ones. (I'll not rant and simply give a little glare at the camera-people cutting away from part of their intro dance.) I've been really happy with how much they've improved since their debut - they really have been working hard and have been getting some good songs to perform. This stage is sensual without having to try too hard - it's something that's seemingly inherent with them, even if the choreo is simple.
- Sunny Hill - Yet another song that captured my attention from the getgo. Love the opening guitar and the violin throughout the song. I was afraid after watching the MV that the live wouldn't be that great, but it totally works (with the exception of the bridge though - but aw, Janghyun appeared!). The choreo is simple like Nine Muses, but like their stage for Midnight Circus, they're all into it and the formations are good.

As you can see, I'm starting to drift back into techno/electronica again. My best friend in Hawaii recently introduced me to Foster the People and Airborne Toxic Event. I've also been revisiting/discovering stuff by Yoko Kanno and Nujabes - speaking of the latter, totally been loving these guys' jazz improvs, inspired by Nujabes. Their recent event is fantastic. (And since I'm still on an FFXIII kick, their short remix of the main theme needs to be mentioned as well :D)

Anyway, anyone got any kind of electronica-ish stuff to recommend? Other stuff is good too, of course.

And on a completely different note, here's some Sailormoon + Beatmania (I think) cuteness:
