Do one english. Two is difficult, I know people who tried it. UNLESS you want to do English at university desperately, do English Language. It's more useful. English Lit is more fun, but generally, harder work and more difficult too. It also is more narrow for people who want to do English at uni.

There's always an advantage to doing an unusual A level, or even just an unusual AS, so I say, do History, Politics (it is a fucking riot, I swear), English Language and Latin, then drop which ever one you're struggling with/don't like.

UNLESS, you want to do English at uni. Then do Lit.

Don't you drop doubt on the English Lit. I'm doing that at uni, period.

But thankyou. That helps. Sort of.

Ah, well, then do English Lit and Latin. There's really no need to do both Englishes.
