Hey, I can't promise I'll never ever stop hanging out with you, cause I'm a moody teenage bitch sometimes, but I CAN promise that I think you're awesome and I love spending time with you and I totally love living with you and your sis's and your dad, cause he's way cooler than mine ever was. You got seriously lucky there.

I don't really want to move to the other side of the city, but it IS a great house and it would mean rely on myself and not on uncle Neil and stuff, which I don't want to do forever because it feels real shitty. But till I work out what to do with Roo I'm not going anywhere anyway.
