Yay, yeast!

I've been researching this Japanese composting technique, where you have to culture these weird microbes or whatnot (whatever, science). Anyway, I'll have to let the culture sit for about a month before I can use it. So while you have your sludges of yeast, I will have the earthy smell of hungry microbes filling my home. :)

i'll bet if we combine them, like the powers on captain planet, we'll come up with a weird, super-powered life form~ it won't really smell good, but whatever. it's in the name of science.
