So yeah, I canceled the spartan stub journal. After a bit of it I decided the Spartan Race was way too cult-like for me. Much like Cross-fit. The cultist camps each believe that their way is the ONLY way, the BEST way, to get in shape ever. I'm not down with elitism so I quit that idea. I kept running though, until I stupidly hurt my foot running/

That's my trainer Cliff. He follows some kind of paelo diet, loves smoothies and is firmly anti-crossfit. His smoothies all look gross to me, but he's awesome and you might like 'em.
Please stop running barefoot, it freaks me out.
