on a completely different note, permission to land by the darkness is one of the BEST rock albums i have bought in a long, long time. despite the crazy antics of their videos, they have some serious talent. the album is riddled with emotional solos

yeah the darkness must be good because they beat Radiohead's single at the UK Awards. so yeah that's pretty good.

really? for i believe in a thing called love? heh.. crazy guys.. but believe me, that song pales in comparison to the rest of the album. not to say its a bad song -- its very fun -- but some of the others overshadow it when it comes to a powerful song.
