I'm having a pretty bad week. Bodie came up way, way lame on Monday; I brought him down to the vet yesterday, and though we isolated it to his back and right hind, there were no easily observible indications of precisely what was wrong. So I left him down there, and today he's undergoing a nuclear scintigraphy. He was injected with a radioactive

My goodness, but I do adore you, not only for pimping my comm, but for all the lovely things you say about me. I also look back at that trip with delight. I'd happily do it again.

And fear not! Though I'm not completely "in the fold" for Pros, I'm not completely out, either. I do watch the eps from time to time, and read stories posted to circuit archive. And of course we'll always have Martin.

Here's hoping only good things are in the future for you and yours, and that Bodie recovers quickly and fully.

Oh, honey! I'm so sorry you're going through such a rough patch! I hope Bodie's problem is diagnosed and can be easily (and painlessly) addressed, and that you're back in the saddle (literally) very soon.

Re the wonderful Shay - isn't it an amazing coincidence how some fine writers and highly creative people just happen to share affection for DS and Pros?!?!? (I do occasionally dip into other fandoms, so there's a little material for comparison there, and I'm constantly knocked out by the sheer quality of some of the best work in DS and Pros. Just flabbergasted)
