Wendy and I now own a condo in lovely Canton. What was unanticipated is the alacrity with which the previous owners are departing: We're starting to move in either this weekend or next Monday. We thought they'd be in until the 21st

This gives you plenty of time to paint the new place and then move in furniture, so you might not want to be in such a rush to move things in yet.
