Alysha hadn't quite figured out what to do during these office hours, but she was holding them nonetheless.

She also had almond cake since she baked out of habit and keeping it at home was really the worst idea ever.  Cake plus the pies the aunties kept sending, and she was going to end up in different sized jeans very quickly.

Needing a chance to stretch his legs and not think about the various ways his relatives were trying to drive him into an early grave, Anakin went for a walk down the hallway.

He stopped at the open door, poked his head in and smiled. "Alysha Gale?"

"You found me," she said, resisting the urge to cross the small room to him immediately. Really it was only the picture of Charlie mocking her for humping a guy's leg on her first day that kept her away. "And now I'm all flattered you were looking."

"I was assigned as your teaching buddy," he said, his mouth twisting a bit at the term used for it. "I'm Anakin Skywalker, and I apologize if I missed you at the picnic. I was a bit...distracted."

"I wasn't there," she admitted flippantly. It was all the Family's fault. "So no apologies needed. What got you all distracted?"
