Passing through out of NOWHERE, but aren't Tohno Shiki's eyes only blue when true death perception/Nanaya Shiki is "on", to speak generally? Otherwise, I'm pretty sure they're black, I think- Akiha comments on it when they fight, when he's going completely Nanaya on her. :B

Takeuchi is a color whore! And Shiki kind of suffers the same problem that Ranma does--his eyes are supposed to be blue, but then they can get really, REALLY different shades (from steel to cerulian). I've seen official art that makes Shiki's eyes steel-blue, and then art that makes him (In that heightened state of mind) icy blue. So.

FOR THE SAKE OF MY SANITY typically his eyes will be that steel/stormy blue, but when utilizing his jougen, the icons will match appropriately. It...will just take me forever and a day to color (I have one as you can see but I hate it loooooooots >.>).

No problem- I noticed your Shiki posting at ICsecrets, and decided to paperchase your journal, since I'm working on a Shiki app myself. But yeah, his "offcial" eyes must just be that dark black-blue then, if not just to set them off from being Nrvnqsr-black orbs. XD

Incidentally, there's a really easy way to color icon eyes, as long as you have photoshop handy. I don't want to sound like a cockhat, though, so I'll stop there, since you're probably already in posession of the knowledge.

It's cool! I actually like that I have people following me here and there! It feeds my small and greedy ego a little! Good luck with the apping part--the island rp I take it? (I've been watching on and off--looks like fun >3)

If there's a tutorial handy, I wouldn't mind perusing! What little PS skills I had kinda atrophied from disuse ^^;
