today i saw james after school and then i went to the beach with orks and ashley after school.. the water was freezing.. too bad i was too busy worrying about how bad i looked to actually have fun.. next time ill forget about all my worries and relax more.. after all, isnt that what going to the beach is all about?

Yes that is too bad. But you took a huge step to actually GO to the beach. As miss hillary says, "you better GO BABY GO!" (sorry about that. i was in the moment.) haha. anyways. Yes going to the beach is all about having fun and relaxing. it sure look liked you had fun though. but if you didnt, im sorry. and you are right when you say "next time" cuz there will be PLENTY of those. my plans for this summer... to be there EVERDAY possible! (lots of working out to do...) lol. i love you. and thanx for today. i had a friggin blast.

Oh and btw... do you remember when ashley pulled off my towel and basically told me that if i worry about how i looked than i wouldnt have fun. well you need to think about that cuz she was totally right. Even tho i wanted to cry when she took it off, i love her for it because once i got in the water it was soo much fun. we should all look up to Miss Myers... lol.

hahhahaa. no but seriously linz, i use to be the exact same way. i'd be soo concious of the way i looked to actually lighten up and have some fun. as you get older you'll get more comfortable w/ yourself & you'll enjoy just having fun and caring less about looks. just be more positive and just go for it. i'm still way self concious, but i'm so much more comfortable w/ myself & knowing that hey, i'm pretty awesome, who cares what i look like.
