1. You dislike creepy crawly bugs with quite an intense passion. 2. Pink Floyd stuff. And Mad World. And if I'm flipping through TV and there's a movie on Lifetime where a girl gets out of the ghetto and makes something of herself sometimes I'll think about you and hope the same thing happens. 3. Hrm. Hoagie, South Street, and various PA buzz words that only a select few would get. If my brain was working, I'd talk about roads and map directions n' stuff, because you're the only person on my f-list who would be able to comprehend that, I think. 4. Hmm! Oh! Haha, I had a dream about these two characters from Without A Trace having sex in a sewer and the next day I saw your Without A Trace story on __vam and was like 'oooh, fate' and decided to read it. 5. SPIDER. Haha, no. Maybe a...mountain goat? I like mountain goats, so it's totally a good thing. 6. Hrrm. Oh. I've always been curious to hear about your first running away experience. The why's and where's and how's and whatnot.
well, I mean, technically the first time I ran away I was 10 and ran to my great grandma's house, but I guess that doesn't count right?
I ran away with my friend Raina once when we were...16, I believe, during the summer. It was more for her than me, I mean my parents knew I was leaving but Raina's didn't...my parents told me not to leave but I did anyway. Raina's dad was a drunk, and abusive and her mom was nuts so we just...left one day. Her brother lived in Philly off South St. back then and he was out of town so we crashed at his place for like 2 weeks, just living the Philly life. Raina wanted to find a job and stay down there forever, but money ran out and her brother came home and threw us out.
As soon as we graduated she moved back down there and she still lives there now. I'm still in Reading, cause hey--I'm never getting out of here. But that was a fun couple of weeks while it lasted. (And yes, I got my ass BEAT when I got home. lol)
