PLEASE HELP

It is too late to call my attorney and I need to know the answer NOW!  Kaitlynn, her father, and I are arguing about her summer visitation.  She wants to stay in Washington until July 5th so she can celebrate Arianna's birthday (July 3rd).  She begins summer school on August 7th (I think) so she would not be able to stay with him for the minimum 6 ( Read more... )

That does help, but I still need to find the exact age for Florida which is proving to be difficult.

The only thing I can find under florida law is this one:

i. The reasonable preference of the child as to custody, if the court deems the child to be of sufficient intelligence, understanding, and experience to express a preference.

I'm still googling though.
