my reviews went extremely well. i left with mostly 4 and 5's on a scale from 1-5 (1=bad 5=good). i said goodbye to everyone and headed off for the 10hr drive back to nashville. i arrived home around 1 or 2am...i forget. nathan came in the stormy weather with roses. i can't even begin to explain how incredible he is, and no...i don't just mean for bringing me roses in the stormy weather.
i was introduced to the 4.98, and then went to blindside at the muse. amazing.
nathan and i moved my stuff from my 'rents house out to my new apartment. we spent an extremeley hot day with jenny&jason and joy&craig moving things in.russ showed up and helped too, which was greatly appreciated. while i'll be spending these next 3 months living with joy, jenny will be away for the summer. still, good times will be had while living in the apartment.
nathan's birthday. i cooked dinner and brownies and cake. a bunch of friends came out to the apartment, and a seriously good time was had by all. we all spent time together talking in joy's room, moved to the kitchen to eat, and we ended the night in the living room with handstand contests. heh.
this day was filled with job searching, which by this time...was getting extremely frustrating and annoying.
darren (my other roommate) moved into the apartment. such a big brother type of guy. xmen2 was seen with friends. good times.
i went to the muse to see the sky between and beloved and walked in to see nate and steve from room902 in detroit up on stage. it was nice to get to see 'em in action. the sky between and beloved...both put on an extremely good show. the sky between introduced an additional guitarist...seriously, these guys are friggin' sweet.
i'm back at the 'rents place to get the last of everything that i'm taking to the apartment, and i'm gutting out everything that i own at this place. lots of stuff. but, this weekend is the perfect time to get it done, cause everyone is out of town. so, by the time they all get back...i'll have this stuff DONE. yep, i've moved out of the 'rents house for good.
everyone returns and we're going to see the matrix. it's gonna be GOOD.
since i've been back in nashville, i've been hanging out with friends of the very best kind. they all mean a great deal to me...and we have a whole frickin' summer to do...STUFF! ...and that's just the beginning.
