In the last year things were very up and down. First of all my dad died. Not sad but in all truth never saw it comming. I'm not trying to act emotionless to this fact. I am only numb to it in a strange sense. As if it is a viod. Toward the begining of the year i was working two jobs, one being overnight on the stock crew and sleeping my days. ( Read more... )

The 15 million has been upped a TON since the beginning of the disaster. It's now 300-something million, which is the total funds allocated for U.S. foreign aid budgeted by Congress, which is now working on passing more emergency funding, probably eventually alltogether be in the billions.

Read that in an article on MSN today.

I had no idea about your father -- I'm sorry for your loss.

Sounds like you've experienced a gamut of things and have come out of it with some pretty insightful thoughts. Never a bad thing. Good work on quitting smoking and hope perhaps that the barhopping girl might be something good too.

And as for work...hehe...I'll be there in 9 hours. :P

i am so happy that your new year seems to be looking up. From the time we first met online until now i have seen a major shift in your personality, and i think it has been for the better. i love you completely and you inspire me.
Maybe one day we'll actually get to meet.
