First of all i'll start with the bad that way i can end with the positive and it will be so much nicer. I totally agree with you on the hours, Jeffe -- and I REALLY echo your sentiments on the lack of fundage, too. It amazes me that CP thinks they're going to keep such great teams as we have (and I LOVE working with you -- you totally make my day, especially TODAY -- I meant what I said about you being so wise).

I think CP should forget trying to have 400 stores in the next 2 years -- they should slash it by 100 stores and share the money that would go to making those stores to their existing employees. (You did see my post about work and how I think you should get a raise, right?)

As for Krystal -- not a word from me. I think, now that you've made mention of it, that you and she are complete wackjobs when you want to be and I love that as well. You guys make me laugh! :) So, if you ever make the move, know I'm in your corner. :)

Have a great day! (I know I will...Wednesday off, woohoo!)

well its a very small and unsure crush... it could be extremely platonic inside even though she's extremely attractive. Not to mention she has a guy, but she doesn't seem happy with him so it kinda bothers me. She's so nice and i don't wanna see another sweet girl lost to the idiots of the world. As for the cutting of the 400 stores i think thats a great idea too. Especially since the stores they have arean't making enough as it is. Thier pushing and pushing and pushing and it seems that the only time they start talking about building stores is right after christmas. In all good sense it seems they get fired up because thier temporarily making money and then when christmas is over they still have all the profit and thier employees are looking around wondering how thier going to eat. I think greed is a major issue in this company and in desolving it they would be richer and even looked better upon. I think that companys are too scared to take the risk once they have a settle on at least a good form of income. You have to hurt ( ... )

I never hear Krystal talking about her BF -- I didn't even know she had one, to be perfectly honest. And that's all I'll say about your crush on her. Do with it what you will -- my support comment still stands. :)

Your comments about CP pushing to open more stores -- exactly! They're closing one in the Phoenix area right now and Sara's leaving for 3 weeks to open another one a few miles away -- what's up with that?!? Not right.

They should cut the number of stores they're planning on opening, share the wealth with their employees...and one other thing I thought of (as I reflected on a conversation w/ Phil a day or so ago): making better products. Yeah, I know a lot of the furniture's made in other countries, but you know of what I speak -- some of the tables/furniture is crap covered in a nice varnish or fabric. Definitely not always worth what we charge people for it.
