real life news flash

So. It's been a bit of a crazy week.

1) My mom and I took a Zumba lesson Monday with two people who live down our street. It was great fun! I had a real blast. Was pretty exhausted by the end of it though and my neck and shoulders ached.

2) May 4th was so not my day. Trains weren't running properly, so I had to make a huge detour to get to college. I was almost two hours late and completely missed the first lecture of the day, which sucks pretty hard when you have a test on Friday that will be about that lecture amongst other things. The way home was a little better, though it still took me 45 minutes longer to get home, which is not cool when your stuck on a train with 4 little kids and a headache, which was probably caused by my neck which hurt still from the Zumba lesson, so I probably won't be attempting that again.

3) Wednesday was okay-ish. Thursday was fine.

4) Friday sucked ass. The test we had to take was insane. It made very little sense, even though I studied for it like I do usually. None of my classmates had a really good feeling about it either, so I'm glad it wasn't just me, but still. Hope it's not the first test I'm going to fail since I started college! Yes, I'm a nerd.

5) Then Friday night I go out to cuddle my bunnies and one of my bunnies barely reacts to me, which is nothing like him. Usually he's full of energy and coming up to me straight away. Now he just sat in the corner with his eyes all but closed and barely moved. I was pretty much freaking out by then. So I got my mom and debated about taking him to the vet, which is not very convenient on a Friday night. But we decide to call anyway, because we were both scared something was very wrong with our little guy. So I called and she said to just seperate him from our other bunny, because she thinks they might have had a fight and it would be better for him to get some rest. So he spent the entire night in a little cage in our shed, while I was pretty scared all evening and night.
I was terrified to go into the shed this morning, because I was afraid of what I'd find. Thankfully he was still alive though! He'd even eaten and drank so those were good signs. He didn't react very much, but I'd be unhappy in a little cage too, so I put him back with our other bunny and he's been happily hopping around and cuddling with his lady-friend (and me) since then, so I'm beyond relieved. Looks like he's going to be just fine, though I'll be keeping a close eye on him for a while to make sure.

So you might be able to imagine that I felt pretty drained today, but the outlook for tomorrow is much better. Planning to do some necessary cleaning in my room and catch up on some tv shows I've been taping throughout the last two weeks because I had no time to watch.

Oh, and and and *insert random moment of excitement* Wednesday night I'm going to see Eskimo Joe again. I love that band so much. It's super awesome how many times they've been here in the past two years considering they're all the way from Australia. ♥ them to bits.

Sorry about spamming your f-lists so much today! Just had a lot to share I guess.
