Spoilers for Party Animals 1x07 and 1x08
Stayed up waaaay too late Saturday night watching the end of Party Animals, but I just had to see how it was going to end.
Party Animals - 1x07
* Kirsty just never gets any better, does she? What a manipulative bitch. Why exactly should Danny help you with your stupid dinner party? And of course Kirsty's roommates hate here. LOL!
* Scott, what are you up to with Ashika's parents? Oh, right, they're Labour supporters not Tories.
* Oh, Jo. Your husband ran off with the nanny? Ouch. But you're at work today a total mess and drinking there why? Don't MPs get sick days?
* Wait - the guy in the chicken suit is supposed to be a candidate? Totally didn't get that. But hilarious.
* And Jo's downward spiral is really picking up steam. This is why you get don't get completely pissed unless you're in the privacy of your own home. Giving away party secrets while drunk? Bad news.
* Oh yeah, seeing a lot of we in this dinner prep as Danny does all of the work. Ugh. Kirstie is such a bBitch.
* Seriously? Who just busts out cocaine at a dinner party? Dude.
* Discretion Ashika. Really. This thing with Scott could be bad for you if it gets out.
* But this visual of them in bed together is kind of what I've been waiting for since epi 2. Squee! Just hope it doesn't get messed up.

* Well, there we go. Knew the Kirsty sleeping with Scott thing had to come out eventually. I hope this is what Danny needs to get over Kirsty once and for all.
* Ugh James, really? You just want Ashika because she's too busy for you now. Leaving your wife? Marrying Ashika?
* And of course Ashika and James were caught. Seriously. They're in politics. Someone always finds out your deep, dark secrets. You just have to hope they're not that bad.
Party Animals - 1x08
* Love Ashika and Scott together. He wants to see her properly! Just afraid of how this is all going to play out. Especially since she apparently didn't end up telling James to take a flying leap. I know, she's conflicted. She's been with James for a long time, despite how he treats her. Yada, yada. Just dump James already, come on.
* Yes Danny. Treat Kirsty just like she deserves, with utter contempt. And a door slam. Yes.
* And there's the shoe starting to drop with the photos of Ashika and James.
* Yes. Be careful Ashika. Like not holding hands on a public park bench with Scott. *shakes head* Oh god. I have a horrible feeling that the thing about James is going to come out and wreck the thing with Scott and Ashika's campaign all at once. Eeep!
* The scenes with Danny, Kirsty and Jo in Scott's apartment - totally surreal. Even just Kirsty in Danny and Scott's apartment is kind of wrong.
* Oh Scott. Seeing those photos of Ashika and James has to hurt. Just don't do anything stupid now, ok? Oh this is going to be bad, who am I kidding?
* Restraint. Not sending out the photos to the press. Scott, I'm impressed. You must really like Ashika. So much conflict :(
* Oh my god. Danny leaked the photos to help the campaign. And to hurt Scott like he hurt him. Wow. I did not think he had it in him. Still waters man.
* Oh Danny. I may be incredibly liberal, but I don't take it so far as thinking everyone in the other party is the enemy. *shakes head*
* Yes, Scott and Ashika, have it out in a public room full of reporters. That's the way to do it.
* God bless Matt for letting Scott know what Ashika did with James. And thank you show for letting the rest of us know what her answer was. I was a little worried she'd actually said yes to marrying James.
* Ashika losing the election makes sense, but it's sad. Damn close though. Hopefully that helps her moving forward. Not like she can go back to working for James now.
* And look at Scott's reaction to the election results. He feels horrible, but he understands, and he's not going to celebrate his party winning. He has definitely grown.
* Danny and Scott - "we're always ok". I guess they're even now, so they can move on and actually be ok?
* What did the text from Scott say? Will Ashika ever open it? Will they get back together?
And...that's it? I need to know what happens next darn it! Hoping for some fanfic on this for some closure. You know, five years after the show was cancelled after one season :P
