Judging from the Network, it seems like people are finding themselves isolated today. I must admit, I had a moment of panic when I didn't hear anyone in the clinic but Ianto's still there so this curse isn't affecting me.
Although I suppose I might have to wait to pick up the books from Lux.
Mercy will want me to eat again.

His whole body felt like a leaden weight, the way water pressed down when you were deep beneath, and although it was a lot easier to breathe than he remembered before, coming to conciousness was somewhat of a struggle.

Moving seemed like an awful lot of effort, and Ianto didn't quite want to do it at that point.
But the man was chatting away about ducklings - Ianto knew he had some of those, but then that made no sense, why would he have ducklings if he worked for Torchwood? - and he remembered little black and yellow bundles of fluff.
"Not babies anymore?" he mumbled.
