In terms of numbers, I'd suggest Arabic. Russian is fun too.

Russian - best literature, most interesting people/history, good philosophy stuff. Don't pick Arabic, the stuff you learn probably won't help you talk to anyone. Then again Spanish is kind of a must have....French has good philosophy too...aw crap. I tried.
