More progress on the stays

Jumping on the bandwagon of demode_kvc's WWKD, I've been trying to get some serious work done. Plus I've only got ONE month before the POTC DMC premiere. It's been so far away for so long, I've started to think that it will never come and I have all the time in the world to make our outfits

Been out for a while...

Gaw, the stays are nice! Your stitching is so tiny and fine! Mine looks like a caveman made it. But mine's got ivory binding and accents like yours does.

So I'm commenting like a year and a half later =)
How did you get the twill tape down on two of the seams just like piping _after_ those pieces were already joined?

Oh, and obviously, it all looks smashing!

That was the easiest part. I just laid it on the seam and stitched right down the center of it with a running stitch. Gotta love the super-narrow tape!
