I'm sorry she's getting to you so much, and that Keith did something to warrant that. It truly sucks that it often is when you need people the most that they happen to drop the ball or say or do the wrong thing(s).

I've actually been pretty curious about the Keane CD, and now that I know you like it, I'll be more apt to purchase it, myself.
