Netflix killed the video store
I know it's silly but I'm feeling guilty- the last video store in my home town (which yes technically was more of a DVD store at this point) announced today that it was going out of business. Hobbies
I first learned of the TV show Merlin from fandom and thanks to Netflix I've caught up on the first few episodes of session 1. I'm fairly sure this show was created as fodder for slash writers! Second chances
What are your thoughts on second chances? Objectively I believe in them but it's not always so cut and dry. Sometimes I think people never change, sometime I think they do- maybe it depends on the person? I guess sometimes I think I've changed and sometimes not.... Mini adventure
I'm going on a helicopter ride tomorrow morning. I've never been in a helicopter before so I'm excited. It was actually supposed to be a lesson but I decided the prep work was too much effort. My Chinese take-out fortune cookie has informed me that "the cure for grief is motion". I have a feeling if I was grieving I would find that profound... In general I think any type of motion would probably be a good thing for me right now.

It was beautiful today, well actually it was kind of gray but it was mid 50s and the snow is finally melting like crazy, it felt beautiful.
