Zoo Photos - Catch-Up Round 1

I have lots of zoo photos to post from 2 separate trips, so I'm going to make 2 posts. These are the oldest ones, taken a few weeks ago. I have a new canon camera I'm getting used to, but I'm not sure I like it. The colors look really bright on the screen when I take photos, but seemed really washed out when I transfer them to my computer. I miss

Wow great photos! That zoo looks really nice :D I especially love the lions, I don't know how far away they were from you but it looks like you were right next to them!

They have 2 huge glass viewing areas and they're usually right up against the glass and those big rocks they lounge on are pretty close :) They lay up against it alot like this- http://twitpic.com/917ra6
