i gotta say steph...in defense of mix co kids...thats not normally what happens...i dunno--once you spend a long period of time with a specific group of people and go thru things with them...you jus become closer...i mean, think about it...a good majority of your friends are in band...i have no doubt that all of your friendships are solid and great, but like--they wouldnt be where they are today without you sharing all the events and memories of band...i can say with full confidence that the reason im friends with a lot of the people i am now is because of mixed company...and not because we can sing and dance, but just because we are alike in the facts that we like music, have experienced a lot of the same things, and have been given opportunities to get to know eachother...i dunno--sorry, that turned in to a rant...dint mean to...i apologize for the mix co person who's being an ass

not to creat an arguement, but for the sake of saying it, my best friends, out of the about 5 that i have, that i consider best friends in every sense of teh word, only 2 of them are in band. the other three are not in band and 2 of them don't even go to prospect. So memories and moments do make a difference insome cases, but friendships, in my opinion, arent abotu how many things you win together, or trips, etc, they are abotu people adn thier relationships, so for the sake of sayin it that is what i think, and theres no real excuse for "dropping friends" in such a way, and i know paul you agreed with the fact taht its sad/ a bad thing, and apologize, and i do as well. steph i still love you! friends forever yo!

If someone thinks they are better than you because they can sing and dance then they are really really dumb. It's fucking showchoir. But in mixed company's defense, i can guarantee there are very very few people that are acctually like that.
