Internally, he smiles at her nerves. Outwardly, he just pulls the key from his pocket and slips it into the door.

And voila, a house on an island in the Caribbean. He can feel the heat already and he hasn't stepped through yet.

'After you.'

The breeze ruffles her hair and she takes a deep breath, willing herself to calm. She picks up her bag, and saunters through, smirking at him as she walks passed.

They emerge from what appears to be a closet door into the middle of a high ceilinged living room. The bright vivid blue of the sky is visible through the high windows, and a wooden deck beyond.

She drops her bag on one of the couches and makes her way out to the deck, leaning her hands on the rail and lifting her chin into the sun and the wind.

After closing the door to the bar behind them, Ramon stands and just looks around for a long minute.

The first thing that strikes him is the colour of the sea, and just how much of it is on view even though he's still inside. Lots of windows - he approves of that (seeing as this isn't, as yet, a place he needs to defend himself in). The second thing that strikes him is the warmth, so he takes his jacket off and drops it onto a chair.

The third thing? Is that he thinks it's stunning. And it's his, and she got it for him.

He wanders out after her, sliding his arms around her waist from behind in a loose embrace.

'Thank you.'

She leans back against him, her hands covering his, interlacing her fingers with his. Her head rests on his shoulder and she looks out over the water.

"You like it? I've already made a map of the areas where we can put cameras, and with motion detectors on the roofs and on the approaches from the water, we can see anyone coming. Sam was telling me about this underwater detection system, lets you know when anyone's in a two mile radius on the water."

"And I have this fantastic little shoulder mounted rocket launcher I've been dying to test."
