Howdy Folks, I'm back. At least of sorts. My computer, Mortemer, has now been rebuilt and is running smoothly. He's a much beefier system than he was in his last incarnation.

I'm hoping to be back around a good bit more now.

As most know I accepted a job offer about two weeks ago. The official offer letter stated a tentative start date of June 28th. When I could start was conditional on when my background check and drug test results came back. (There was never a question of either failing.) That was the most frustrating job interview I have been to in a long time. The interview process went great. They loved my resume and my experience. I clicked with all three people. Ernie Harwell, voice of the Tigers, dies at 92

Ernie Harwell... Bah, words fail me again. He was the Tigers baseball announcer for 42 years. A very very cool man. My Dad loved Ernie.
