i'm going to start hollering in church more often, to. everyone does it at my church in waco. like, after every break in the sermon you can hear someone in the back of the room go "AMEN!" or "YEAH!" or "PREACH IT!" or "COME ON!"

this sunday, our senior pastor was preaching and nobody was saying anything, and eventually he stopped and said "gosh, do you guys believe anything i'm saying? i need to get some amens!" and i thought that was funny.

I've often wanted to yell "Could you use something that wasn't a football analogy!" in church before, but, I guess Amen and "spit it" sounds good too.
