Mac n' cheese recipe.

Just made a batch of Mac N Cheese ala Me: Sauteed 4 cloves of garlic in 1 cup butter. Added half gallon of whole milk. Added 2 tablespoon of flour. Added 2 teaspoon of salt. Brought to a boil. Added 2 packages of penne pasta. Stirred occasionally....don't let pasta stick to pot. When pasta reached al dente....Add in 2... cups cheddar cheese
