My boss just finally gave me my paystubs today... I haven't gotten a paystub (until recently) since January. Apparently, she was paying me a dollar less than I normally receive an hour. I know that she is skating on thin ice, and has been for a million years (or so the gossip was around the branch when I was there) but that is seriously underhanded.

I can't believe it myself, seeing as how I was such a loyal employee for so long. I knew she's done some shitty things, but this is more than a slap in the face.

It looks like you might just have to speak with her, ask for the back pay if the amount is high enough, small claims court?

Another option especially with her changing your withholding without your permission is to report her to the IRS.
