How come Off Topic and On Topic have the same abbreviations, but everyone knows that OT is Off Topic? Anyway. My phone is temporarily or permanently cut off because my grandparents are refusing to pay for these extra minutes they keep getting when my grandpa accidentally dials using up one minute.
