trackball on my blackberry is fubar'ed.

supposedly it's considered to he an out-of-warranty repair, and i have insurance so it shouldn't cost me anything.  i'll find out when i call later, i guess...

This was a problem for Rachel's phone. Dirt gets trapped in there which I feel is a design flaw. I'm not sure which model you have but on some of them you can pop out the trackball and clean it. Instructions are online. If you have the insurance then you probably shouldn't mess with it. Less fun though.

i already tried that. this is one week that i can't afford to be without a phone.
