After that rather demanding presentation of ascendancy, I've found that the children at the nursery are just so... mollycoddled. Even more-so than Cronus' corporeal mirages.

So I resigned...

You should participate in a sleep study. I think you'd do marvelously.

And what should happen if I do not wake up, darling? Or is that what they will be studying~?

They study all sorts of things in the name of this science business they all treasure. They'd be fascinated with you, I'm sure ♥

Oh, but I should hardly wish for him to become anyone's experiment.

To participate is something - something fine, I suppose - but to be an anomaly is different. Anomalies are studied. Closely observed. It would not - Hypnos is not to be poked and prodded by some overly curious mortals with needles and clipboards.

Mmm...! Paid for sleeping.

Perhaps I should start training to wake up when my alarm rings.

Perhaps work at a library?
It would certainly be quiet.

That would certainly be lovely... Peace and quiet and fabulous books

However, you know too much quiet is awful for me.

It would. Read until you fall asleep.

Not that awful. And besides I'm sure they may let you play music or some sort.

I should take book recommendations, I could surely fuel some truly epic dreams then.

Perhaps. That would be nice, and keep me up, should I need it.

What sort of job needs to put people to sleep?

I haven't the faintest idea, dear, but I know for certain I could cure the worst insomnia. Goodness, even the word is depressing.

Then do that. Put some adds, I don't know, and offer your "skills" to allow people a better sleep.

Sounds like something that might work. Cover it with a massage session, hire some people, just stand around making them get all relaxed and good.

As everyone has said, Papa, work for a place you can sleep! Maybe get Hades to pay you to babysit his puppy!

It almost feels as if it's cheating, since I do it so very well, my dear. Can sleeping be considered a talent?

And I fear I haven't the energy to take care of Cerberus. Not so much sitting would get done.

For you? I think so. You do it so well, I don't see how it couldn't be!

Mmm, he does seem rather energetic doesn't he?
