After they had finished cleaning up they had gotten dressed and made their way out of the hospital, heading onto the road back to the Company. She smiled a mean smile against his lips and twined her fingers through his. "Let's," she agreed, and headed for the door excitedly.

Finally. What she'd been waiting so patiently for.

He led her into the building, making their way down the hall toward Angela's office. He was careful not to take any detours. Their best chance was to go directly to her.

And even then, she might know they're up to something.

She walked into the office without knocking with a small, pleased simper.

And froze, her smile wavering. There was Angela, behind her desk, the Haitian standing behind her, and Noah on the couch.

"What are you doing here?" she clipped out without thinking.

Noah looked up with a small smile, and Angela simply rose an eyebrow. The Haitian stared.

"Hello to you too, Elle," Noah drawled.

Elle opened and closed her mouth, confused and frustrated.

Gabriel's smile dropped as he noticed who was there in the room with Angela.

He wasn't so worried about Noah (though if he knew more about the man, maybe he would be) but the other one? He was the one who had disabled his powers before.

Which suddenly made this a much more difficult situation to deal with. He had to find a way to knock the Haitian out or something, otherwise they probably wouldn't get far in their plans.
