She pulled on her sneakers and smiled at his expression with affection. A little rest had gone a long way (she'd drifted off for a little while gratefully) and now the anxiousness she felt was overpowered by dark excitement.

The Haitian. She thought about his arms holding her back, his power stifling hers, only now instead of fear and panic... she felt anticipation.

"Yes," she whispered, and slipped into the hallway.

He quietly followed her out into the hallway, letting Elle take the lead. After all, she knew her way around the place much better than he did. It's not like they let him roam the halls freely or anything.

She knew where the Haitian usually slept--a ways off, nearer to the cells than most of the agents. It was a small room, nearly a closet, and was always locked whether he was inside or not.

Not that it mattered tonight.

She stopped at the door and cocked her head at the knob, gesturing to Gabriel to unlock it.

He smirked and carefully used his telekinesis to unlock and open the door as quietly as possible. Normally, he liked to make a big show of things, but the last thing he wanted to do right now was wake the Haitian up.

That would ruin everything.
