After work, he decides to go out and use them for the first time in a while. But instead of putting them to use, he ends up sitting on one of the benches in the park

[As usual Keroro's wandering around the park to pass the day when he sees Kotetsu glowing.]

Gero?! Since when could Pekoponians glow like that?! How does that even work?

[He looks around to see who's talking and...oh gosh is that a frog?]

Hey, I'm no Pekoponian! Whatever that is...

[He blinks and tilts his head in curiosity.]

So...you're not from Pekopon AKA Earth then? What alien species are you then?

[Bel is just minding his own business (by bugging people) when he spots Kotetsu. He slips up to him from behind, using Kotetsu's head as an armrest, while lazily resting his head on his arms. He's just bored.]

Yup, I'm glowing. I didn't really expect to run into anyone here, though. Guess I was wrong.
