Light is extraordinarily smart, (has read the series, yes) so feel free to have him notice Conan is WAY too mature for his age if you want~

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO first question- where are you placing Light in his canon? :> I'd imagine Light has Ryuk and everything, so yeah. 8) I doubt Ryuk would mention to Light that Rukia feels off/is a shinigami/whatever, because that would ruin his fun, huhuhuhu. XD

Second off- Rukia and Ichigo both talk to each other on the comm about training and everything, also in their journals too. Feel free to have Light at least pick up on Rukia's, since I can't speak for Ichigo. XD Just know that she'll be suspicious of him asking her questions, since she doesn't know if he could be an Arrancar or something. Also, as you may have noticed in the 4th wall event, Rukia knows a lot about the human world, but not everything (since Soul Society is still living in the Edo Period in Tokyo, orz, so she's been living that lifestyle for over 100 years). Still, she's a damn good actress and can play the part well, but there will be times where she slips up. C: Just as a heads up for you.

Ichigo has told Light everything about Soul Society, hollows and shinigami without mentioning Rukia, but if he sees something about Rukia and Ichigo training together, he'd be able to make the connection that she is involved in his shinigami work - is that okay?

As for timeline, Light is after he has Misa on his side but before the Yotsuba arc begins. So, he's helping with the investigation, but continuing actions as Kira simultaneously, as well as attending To-Oh with L.

Oh yeah, totally! XD Rukia will probably yell at Ichigo later for telling Light so much. Just as a heads up, there may be a plot in the future involving Ichigo's Inner Hollow being set free by Eris, and allowed to roam for a bit- so he'll most likely wanna go meet Ichigo's friends, and the first in line would most likely be Rukia. >8]b SO LIGHT MAY SEE A VIDEO POST OF TWO SHINIGAMI FIGHTING, ONE OF THEM BEING RUKIA, HURR.

Ahhh, okay. XD Good to know, I've read the manga and this makes me happy. 8)))
