The Blue Rogues have set aside the barracks as a place for the injured since it is the only unharmed place large enough. For those uninjured, we might want to advise those who don't have anywhere else to go to community buildings 5 or 6.

Given the large number of all the houses and apartments disrupted, a camp around the area might be the best so that people don't start fighting over rooms.

If we set up a camp, people would need blankets, pillows, tents and things like that to protect themselves from the elements too. The problem with that is that the item shop was also destroyed.

Hn. At the moment there's some concerns that the barrier might be weakening. For now it seems safest near the ones still standing so that it'll be easier to defend everything at once.
