Let me explain... there is too much, let me sum up.
As part of this year's project to move Mara from being a passenger to a driver, I have spent the last... month or so hitting up craigslist, edmunds, kbb, carfax, etc., looking for a good first car for a new driver.
After picking through the riced-to-death Civics, Accords with time-bomb transmissions, Chrysler products with time-bomb engines, self-destructing Fords, old Caddys with 22" rims and trunks full of speakers, shady dealers pretending to be private citizens, innumerable 'just needs a head-gasket', and too many flavors of 'ran when parked', I have apparently come to the conclusion that the best car for a novice driver is this:
https://instagram.com/p/5UlY9CHMz6/?taken-by=angelcarnivoreA twenty-four year-old Mercedes that needs something in the front steering gear replaced so it will quit doing an impression of Foster Brooks when taken above sixty. (Honestly, I mean that. This was by far the nicest, and safest thing I could find
