Threadhopping with this character?: Sure, why not? I don't mind. Just please clarify the destination.
Backtagging with this character?: Totally fine. I'm pretty sure, due to my schedule and availble times to rp, this WILL happen.
Fourthwalling: Please discuss before hand.

Flirting with this character?: She'll be flattered, for sure, and if she really likes you she'll compliment you back. But that's about it.
Hugging this character?: If the character relationship develops to good friends or comrades she might let you, depending on the circumstance. Though, she's not one to display physical affection often.
Giving this character a kiss?: I don't suggest it. Even if she grows really really attached to an individual she'll still probably not allow it.
Relationships: Technically, it is possible. Unless your character wants to settle down an have a family with her. (Though I doubt anyone will) Honestly, I don't think anything will develop past friends or comrades unless there is some groundbreaking event, when the 3rd game comes out, and she admits she wants to be involved in a romantic relationship.
Sex: *See above relationships
Fighting this character?: It's a liability when playing this character. I allow it. Might want to discuss it with me if you intent to kill her though.
Injuring this character?: Like I said, a liability. I expect it. But if you break her code and she has no choice but to kill you and, let me tell you, she'll keep fighting back until one or the other is dead.
Killing this character?: I allow it. Please contact me beforehand though so I know she's not going to get killed over some petty issue. (not to mention counted_stars only allows her to die 3 times so... let's make it count)
Using telepathy/ mind reading: Go for it! Unless it's in a heated battle, then please don't. (unless that's your characters only power) I have a tendency to have characters think out their actions then.
Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character?: Samara is a sort of speaks when spoken to character. Though, that won't really up my activity so I'm probably going to have to force her to be a little more outgoing. When speaking to her, if you try to get to know about her personal life too soon she won't mutter a single word. I'd try more of the petty cocktail party questions like jobs and whatnot.
IMPORTANT: If she catches you partaking in sort of injustice she is going to act in violence. I'll make sure to check if a character has a permissions sheet ahead of time but, she's a Justicar. Don't go flaunting your characters murder habits unless you want an angry Justicar who will stop at nothing to kill you chasing your tail. (Or not even murder habits, trafficking cartel, stealing, not giving her vital information to her cause... when it doesn't deal with murder she'll try and find other solutions but it seems, in the past, if she doesn't get what she wants she resorts to execution.)
