Hyatt misses the point

One would think as a member of a hotel affinity program one would be able to see all pending reservations for rooms. Hyatt utterly misses the point - retrieving such information requires providing checkout date and the credit card number the room was booked under? Uhh, Hyatt? I think you miss the point.

Presumably the check-out date is one of the pieces of information you are likely to be trying to find out...

Hyatt Gold Passport Login

Login, and a list of all of your reservations are at the bottom of the column to the left. If no reservations are listed, then your number was not entered when the reservation was made. If you have the confirmation number however, you can look up the reservation, add your number to it and make changes, all from the convenience of that one screen.
