That it's in a plastic bag while the other wigs aren't somehow makes it even more bizarre. Is it like a rug for guys who are completely bald but hope for a long-haired fringe around their bare pate?

Maybe it's a collector's item and therefore in a mylar bag. The long-haired fringe is what I first thought too. :)
