 Rob and Big.  Because that shit was just funny.  Or the old style House, with Cameron, Chase and Foreman.  Because that was actually about medicine, with House's douchebagishness as an aside.  Now its fucking drama left and right.  But since it was never cancelled, it is perhaps not an appropriate answer.
