Hey Justin, I haven't talked to you in awhile, but after just reading what you wrote, I would probably suggest choice 3 -the teaching certification
you don't really enjoy research, so why spend 5-6 years researching just to start teaching, plus if you find that you're unhappy initially in doing teaching, you could then go for the PhD later on
and it's not bad to go for teaching instead of PhD, I know that our college atmosphere, especially in the sciences, pushes PhD sometimes rather than promoting teaching as a good option, so then we might be reluctant to make that decision, but I think you'd make a great teacher and I would suggest that, choice 3, especially since you don't want to be unhappy for 6 years doing research, and also...more money (as eventually with a PhD) will not make you happy, you'll be happy because what you're doing makes you happy
