Yes I do.

[Works fine for me, I don't speak it either.] moodformelody September 8 2008, 04:16:53 UTC
Ah, wonderful. I haven't gotten to speak it with someone fluently in a long time.

I picked the language up due to a ward of mine, I find it useful in interpretting the essays of classical scholars.

You are a new arrival then. I am Ryuuzaki, a pleasure.

I don't think you can really apply normal definitions here.

No, there is little that can be applied to this situation. What is a punishable sin? How does one 'repent' what one does not understand? There are many questions and fewer answers as time moves forward.

Yeah, we're not going to find any answers. But repenting...maybe its not worthwhile, anyways. Because even if we repent for what we were brought here for, we just keep sinning anyways.

That's rather astute Claire Bennet. It is human nature to sin, and the boundaries of sin are ill defined lines.

Even so, is it redemption if it is simply one's wish not to be punished?

I don't think there is one, the longer I'm here.

There is no law or no god Sylar-san?

ttlymostspecial September 8 2008, 04:22:44 UTC
No obvious stated law one can strive for.

Although I've been having my doubts about god as well.

Law is only meant to hold back chaos. Chaos is fear - a realm of sinners, punishment, fear is needed for such things. Logically law cannot exist in this place for it to function as it is meant.

If god does not exist man would simply need to create him.

One of his wives was German. I hope he knows it. indissolubility September 8 2008, 04:18:21 UTC
Das Glück suchen wir, das Unglück sucht uns.

The history of the world is indeed.

[[ pretend the whole post is german. :)

That german is: We seek good fortune, misfortune seeks us]]

Humanity feels better if there is one to shoulder the blame.

The history of the world is written by the victorious after all.

Naturally. We are all guilty of crimes - no matter how big or small, but it is unfortunate, many are not forced to face them, those here are among them.

However, only the dead are those who will stop sinning.

Sin is ill defined. Do you believe those who go forth with good intentions should be absolved of crimes they did not realize the committed? Or perhaps sin should be based solely on the idea of damage caused by each act.

Interesting you should consider such a thing, it reminds me of a philosophy of an old friend. Though, by that logic I am incapable of sin.
