Okay, so I'm sick of getting these viral "bugs" that keep going round and round...and other issues I keep having with my body. SO...I'm changing my diet. i think there are times when your body is telling you what you need. perhaps you need more calcium if you're craving cheese?

down with red meat! i've not had any in YEARS and its been wonderful.

and i'll never give up my caffeine. screw anyone who tells me i need to. Eff EWE!

i used to be that way with fresh fruit too. then i started making it a planned part of my day. every morning i eat fresh fruit as part of my breakfast, with either cottage cheese or yogurt sprinkled with wheat germ. Now I'm addicted.

Good luck with the changes! Real life changes in your diet, life style changes, are always the hardest. I send you good energy!! :)
