I'm really liking this! I think you've gotten Gibbs and Blair perfectly. Jim didn't talk quite so much, but he came across very Jim. Tony was good, too. I kept expecting a Gibbs head slap, then I'd remember it's pre-series.

The coincidences are interesting. I wonder how they're going to play out.
