BTW, I had to post this as me, because yes, you did unlock it, but you must have changed your settings at one point to disallow anonymous because it says "this user has disabled anonymous and non-friend posting. =D

Go to the lj site, go to manage entries, then go to this one... down towards the bottom there's a drop down menu for changing the settings for this entry's comments... there you can do it! (I had to figure that out for me, lol)
